Policies & Procedures

Reservations: We recommend that you call us in advance to guarantee your appointment; however, walk-in appointments are welcome.

Cancellation: As a courtesy to our professional staff we do require a 24 hour advanced notice for all cancellations. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will incur a 50% fee on your next visit for all booked services.

Arrival Time: We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to all scheduled appointments. Our staff wants to make sure they have ample time to conduct a thorough consultation before every service so they can make any changes to fit your unique and personal needs.

Appointment Confirmation: We will make every attempt to conduct a courtesy call to confirm your reservation one day in advance. We do ask, however, that you assume responsibility for remembering your appointment. 

Our Service Guarantee: We guarantee you will be satisfied with your service.  If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please let us know promptly and we will correct it to your satisfaction.  Any color corrections must be handled within 10 days of the original service.

Gratuity: Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation to your stylist for their service expertise, gratuities are encouraged, but never required. Gratuity can be added upon checking out.
